Position: Regional Sales Manager (Retail)
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Achieve regional sales target & operational objectives by planning, monitoring, teaching and motivating individual shops and its employees.
- Take responsibility for the success-failure of the shops in assigned area, monitor credit sales and regular collection of hire sales, guide the shops on product display, indoor-outdoor branding, selling techniques, product knowledge etc.
- Help the shops to maintain audit compliance as instructed by the company.
- Identify, analyze and solve the problems of the shops in the assigned area and use the resources provided by management to overcome the problems as soon as possible.
- Build a healthy and positive team atmosphere in the shops which will allow them to collectively achieve the target in a cohesive manner.
- Identify areas that will help the shop lower its fixed cost.
- Search for new showrooms in potential locations in the assigned area.
- Any other assignment when & where required related to retail shops.
Educational Requirements:
- Graduation, BBA/MBA from reputed university
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years experience in relevant industry.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Retails Sales, Retail Store Management, Direct Selling, Credit Sales and Collection etc.
- Applicants with experience in Electronics/ Home Appliance industry will be preferred.
Job Requirements: Age 30 to 40 year(s)
Job Location: Chittagong, Bogra, Sylhet, Comilla, Dhaka.
Salary Range: 25,000 – 35,000 based on experience
